For Charlotte Dowhaniuk: please call the clinic to check availability on her wait list. Charlotte only works Mondays. However, she often co-treats patients with Cindy Coneen, who is available four days per week.

Initial Assessment - First visit - Physiotherapy

Follow-up Treatment Physiotherapy

Once an initial assessment has been completed, book subsequent appointments available under follow-up treatment with your physiotherapist. For treatments with Charlotte Dowhaniuk, you must call to book due to her limited availability.

The first period is usually under protocols regulation which covers up to 90 days from the date of the accident. Out-of-protocol treatment applies after 90 days. Our experienced reception staff can answer your questions and guide you to book the correct service. The billing for the first 90 days is usually to your motor vehicle insurance company. We can answer your questions on how to proceed after 90 days.

The upper quadrant includes the neck, upper back and arms. The first appointment includes a treatment. The clinic is designed with 7 private treatment rooms and an exercise gym.

If you are booking for the first time or for a new problem, book an assessment with the physiotherapist, whose schedule and experience suits you best. We have receptionists available Monday to Friday during business hours. Some conditions are not available to book online due to more information required to set up the first assessment. If you have been injured in a motor vehicle accident or are seeking physiotherapy to help with a return to work plan while on short term or long-term disability, please call the clinic to book.

Treatments include but are not limited to advanced manual therapy, joint manipulation, Gunn IMS (intramuscular stimulation), dry needling, medical acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture, fire cupping, shockwave therapy, laser, regenerative photonic therapy, functional movement screening, functional exercise prescription, and blood flow restriction therapy.

Cindy Coneen graduated with a Bachelor of Science of Rehabilitation from UBC in 1984. She completed the Advanced Diploma of Orthopaedic Manipulative Physiotherapy in 1992. She had taken many post graduate courses over her career.

Cindy uses a “global” approach to assessing all patients. She values identifying the root cause of the pain and movement problem and designing a treatment plan to achieve each person’s goals. She enjoys treating individuals of all ages. Cindy has many years experience helping people with chronic issues get active again.

Yvonne completed a Master of Science in Physical Therapy degree and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta. She has worked in a private practice setting since 2010 and has completed numerous post graduate courses.

She enjoys working with all age groups and conditions with a special interest in musculoskeletal injuries, return to sport and physical activity, and post-operative rehabilitation. She values the importance of educating her clients on their diagnosis and injury prevention, and uses techniques in manual therapy combined with acupuncture, dry needling, K-taping, BFR and active exercise to achieve optimal function and a speedy recovery. She has also been using the Functional Movement Screen to uncover problems with mobility, stability and motor control and guide functional exercise prescription.

Jeri has specific training in treating women who are experiencing incontinence or bladder leakage. Jeri takes a global approach to the management of treating pelvic floor dysfunction in a wide range of the female population whether they are athletes, new moms or seniors.
